A Shakedown as an appetizer

As the official MotoGP tests begin this Tuesday for three days on the Sepang circuit in Malaysia, the test riders of the different manufacturers, as well as the rookies and the Yamaha regulars, were able to make their debut during the traditional Shakedown.

From January 29th to 31st in Sepang, the MotoGP completed his first laps of the season. This took place during the traditional Shakedown, three days reserved for test riders, rookies, and manufacturers competing in the D category. For the 2026 season, the MotoGP grid features two rookies: Diogo Moreira (LCR H)
