The season MotoGP Aprilia Racing's 2026 season officially began in Milan this Thursday. At the Sky Sport studios, the Noale-based team presented its new RS-GP26. A major aesthetic change: the 2026 livery incorporates Aprilia Racing's iconic colors while adding a historical symbol: the winged lion, a legacy of the Venetian territory near Noale.
2025 remains the most victorious year in Aprilia Racing's history. The Italian manufacturer finished second in the constructors' championship with 418 points, surpassing the symbolic 400-point mark for the first time. Marco Bezzecchi, with 353 points and third place in the riders' championship, also achieved the best individual result ever for the brand in MotoGP. With 19 podium finishes, including 7 wins (3 in Sprint races and 4 in feature races), 5 pole positions, and the manufacturer's historic 300th victory at Phillip Island, he propelled Aprilia into a new era.
For 2026, he remains the face of the team, and approaches the next campaign with a clear ambition: “I’m happy to finally be able to talk about motorcycles again. I’m really eager to get started, and we still have a lot of work to do, even though, in reality, we never stopped. The factory in Noale is working intensely, and I’m training relentlessly. The motivation is there; I can’t wait to get back to the joy of riding. The end of the 2025 season was very positive, and that gives us confidence. The goal is to get off to a good start and continue working hard.” "He says.

Alongside him, Jorge Martín, still determined despite a season disrupted by injuries, retains his seat: “After last year’s experience with Aprilia and the crucial final tests in Valencia, the goal now is to continue growing together. There will be a lot of work at the start of the season, but we know exactly where we need to improve. I want to come back and fight for the top spots and for the win. Once I’m 100% physically fit, we’ll be ready for anything.” " the Spanish driver said in turn.
Designed under the direction of Fabiano Sterlacchini, the RS-GP26 represents the culmination of a cycle of technical development before the entry into force of the new MotoGP regulations for 2027. The manufacturer confirms: this RS-GP26 will be the fastest motorcycle ever produced in Noale.
