The starting grid for the 2026 MotoGP Catalan Grand Prix

For the second time in his career, Pedro Acosta secured pole position in MotoGPHe will therefore lead the starting grid for the Catalan Grand Prix, first in the Sprint this Saturday at 15 p.m., and then in the Grand Prix this Sunday at 14 p.m. Franco Morbidelli and Álex Márquez will join him on the front row. Behind them, Johann Zarco, an excellent fifth, will be flanked by Raúl Fernández and Fabio Di Giannantonio. The second Frenchman on the grid, fabio quartararowill start seventh ahead of Brad Binder and Jorge Martín, on the first of two official Aprilias.

Marco Bezzecchi's second entry will start from twelfth place, with Joan Mir and Jack Miller alongside him on the fourth row. Francesco Bagnaia will lead the fifth row ahead of Enea Bastianini and Fermín Aldeguer. Luca Marini and Ai Ogura will flank the returning Maverick Viñales on the sixth row, while Álex Rins, Diogo Moreira, Augusto Fernández, and Toprak Razgatlıoğlu will complete the starting grid for this sixth round of the year.
