With three crews within three points of each other to play for the title in the French Championship FFSAGT This Sunday, Race 2 at Paul-Ricard (Var) promised to be spectacular. And it was, with plenty of fights... and penalties!

The Russians Aleksandr Vaintrub and Stanislav Safronov (Aston Martin) were the cleanest on the Var track. The Mirage Racing crew, championship leader before the start, weathered the storm embodied by the fight between Olivier Jouffret (Mercedes) and Pascal Huteau (Alpine), also in the running for the title. TheAlpine hit the Mercedes during an optimistic attempt and received a penalty. A little later, further penalties were issued for track limits violations.

Aleksandr Vaintrub and Stanislav Safronov won both the final race of 2025 and the Pro-Am title! A magnificent season for them, who also lead the GT4 European Series heading into the final round. Second place in the race and the championship went to Simon-Huteau, with Légeret-Rambaud (Audi) completing the podium.
