The FFSA announces the dismissal of its Steering Committee and the organization of new elections

The French Federation of Motorsport (FFSA) announced the dismissal of its Board of Directors on Tuesday, March 24, following an extraordinary General Assembly held at its headquarters in Paris (75). The election of a new Board of Directors is scheduled for April 22.

The FFSA announces the dismissal of its Steering Committee and the organization of new elections

In a statement addressed to its members, which AUTOhebdo obtained, the French Federation of Motorsport (FFSA) announced the collective dismissal of its Board of Directors and the holding of new elections. Here is the full statement:

“The General Assembly of the French Federation of Motor Sport (FFSA) met this Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at the Federation's headquarters. It was called upon to vote on the collective dismissal of the Steering Committee, within the framework of an extraordinary General Assembly. The General Assembly decided on the collective dismissal of the Steering Committee, with 70% of the votes. This decision takes effect immediately.”

“A provisional administrator has been appointed in the person of Mr. Jean-Luc Roger, President of the Centre-Val de Loire Motorsport League. In accordance with Article 12.3 of the FFSA statutes, he will manage day-to-day operations until the election of a new Board of Directors. He will be responsible for organizing the elections, which will take place under his authority during an elective General Assembly scheduled for Wednesday, April 22, 2026.”

Fantastic journalistic work! We don't know why this was dismissed (it's certainly unusual). I'm not congratulating you; Autohebdo has really hit rock bottom. And to think it was one of my favorite magazines during the 80s and 90s.
