A dominant winner of the WRC2 championship in the 2025 season, Oliver Solberg has reached a significant milestone in his rally career. • Vice-champion of MotoGP
  • 3 wins

MotoGP runner-up Álex Márquez was quickly overtaken by an absolutely uncatchable Marc Márquez this year. Riding his Gresini, the Spaniard certainly didn't disgrace himself, managing three consecutive victories at Jerez, Barcelona, and Sepang. A perennial runner-up this season, the world champion's brother notably finished second seven times, compared to only two third-place finishes. In 2026, Álex Márquez will indeed have a version of the Ducati GP26, hoping to be able to compete more effectively with the red bikes.

12. Elfyn Evans

  • WRC runner-up
  • Winner of two rallies

From one second to the next, Elfyn Evans truly embodies the magnificent loser. For the fifth time in his career, the Welsh driver finished his season in second place in the WRC, once again beaten by a Sébastien Ogier of all records. Winner of two rallies this year, Elfyn Evans displayed consistent performance, especially towards the end of the season, when regularity could have made the difference. Instead, his French rival gave the impression of benefiting from a permanent class advantage. Ironically, the two events won by the Welshman were none other than the Rally Sweden and the Rally Kenya… Two rallies in which Sébastien Ogier did not participate.
