  • Does Victor Martins finally see the end of the tunnel? It's still too much to say and it's only a Sprint Race, but this victory should do the ART Grand Prix driver a lot of good.
  • Left on the front line after his 9e time in qualifying the day before, the protégé ofAlpine took advantage of the bad start of “poleman” Kush Maini (Invicta Racing) to immediately take the lead. In the process, it was not against the Indian but rather against Ritomo Miyata (Rodin Motorsport) that he battled in the first laps.

  • If he may have made a few errors under the influence of emotion this season, Victor Martins did not tremble this time. With his head on his shoulders, the Ile-de-France native gradually distanced himself from the Japanese, later penalized 10 seconds for not respecting the track limits, until finally taking shelter.
  • On the line, he beat Kush Mani and Juan Manuel Correa (DAMS). Provisionally on the podium two laps from the goal, Gabriel Bortoleto (Invicta) lost everything finishing 6e behind Paul Aron (Hitech GP) and Jak Crawford (DAMS).
  • Tenth on the grid, Isack Hadjar (Campos) once claimed a top-5 finish thanks to a very good pace. First blocked by Andrea Kimi Antonelli (Prema) whom he ended up overtaking, the protégé of Red Bull was then overtaken by Jak Crawford failing in 7e instead.
  • For Victor Martins, it is a second victory in F2, the first since the Main Race at Silverstone last July.
