What does the Formula 3 grid look like for 2026?

The season of Formula 3 ended at the beginning of September in Monza with the title of Rafael Câmara, who succeeds Leonardo Fornaroli in the drivers' category, and that of Campos in the teams' category. The Brazilian will make his debut in Formula 2 next season, like some of his teammates, while others will remain in Formula 3.

Among the profiles who have chosen to focus on their experience in 2026, the two French Alessandro Giusti et Théophile Naël. If the first one has re-signed at MP Motorsport, teaming up with the talented Mattia Colnaghi et Tuuka Taponen, the second will have to adapt to a new environment at Campos. Transferred from Van Amersfoort Racing, the Saint-Etienne driver will be aiming for a particularly high result next year, alongside Ernesto Rivera, from the Eurocup-3, and Ugo Ugochukwhu, protected from McLaren previously at Prema.

On the Prema side, another Frenchman will occupy the Formula 3 grid. Enzo Deligny will in fact leave FRECA to move up the ranks, teaming up with the Australian James Wharton and the New Zealander Louis Sharp. Also in the process of moving from the European Regional Formula to F3, the two leaders Freddie Slater et Matteo De Palo will both be associated with Noah Stromsted at Trident. The three favorites will inherit a seat within the team that has hosted the last three champions in the category. Pedro Clerot, fourth in FRECA, joins Rodin Motorsport, alongside two repeaters: Brando Badoer et Christian Ho.

Finally, DAMS has officially announced its first driver. It is the Thai Nandhavud Bhirombhakdi, coming from FRECA where he finished 16th with a best result of 5th place in Race 1 in Barcelona.
