  • This time it's the right one! A month after losing his victory in the Main Race at Silverstone due to a 10-second penalty, Callum Voisin (Rodin Motorsport) was entitled to his revenge. On pole for the first time, the Briton above all knew how to stay safe in this Main Race marked by incidents. Indeed, the Safety Car was one of the protagonists of the day with no less than three interventions, and therefore few laps under the green flag.
  • Despite the pressure from Sebastián Montoya (Campos) behind him, Callum Voisin never wavered, negotiating each race restart perfectly. During the last, for two laps, the native of Geneva was able to push the Colombian back far enough to avoid a possible attack. The presence of Leonardo Fornaroli (Trident) in the exhausts of the driver of the Spanish team also worked in his favor since he was able to take advantage of it to ride more calmly and thus take the checkerboard with almost a second over Sebastián Montoya at the outcome of this final sprint.
  • Third under the checkerboard, Leonardo Fornaroli is the big winner of the day. In the fight for the title, the Italian carried out a very good operation, taking advantage of the 6th place of Luke Browning (Hitech GP) and the zero points of the Prema drivers, Gabriele Mini and Arvid Lindblad. With 15 points on the clock, he took the lead again with one round remaining, ahead of Mini by a length (129 against 128). Browning is third with 122 units while Linblad is fourth with 113.
  • On the French side, Sami Meguetounif (Trident) regains points in the Main Race for the first time since his victory at Imola last April. Starting 8th, the Marseillais had a very clean race. At the foot of the podium for a while, he finally lost to Noel León (VAR) at the end of the race, falling to 5th position.
  • Although it did not score any points, the Prema team won the Team title.
