The 17-year-old Franco-Chinese driver will be making his debut in the upcoming pre-season tests at Jerez. He will also drive for Prema in Barcelona and Imola, before embarking on his first full season in F3 next year. Helped by solid experience in karting, Deligny began his career in car in 2023, in the Spanish F4 championship, before moving to FRECA in 2024.
This season, Deligny sits third in the championship, 28 points behind Freddie Slater and Matteo De Palo, who are tied for the championship lead. Enzo Deligny has won three times this season, and the R-ace GP rider is the most recent winner, in Race 2 in Barcelona. He is making the big move to a Prema team that should have high hopes for him, after a difficult 2025 season, which saw him finish seventh in the teams' championship.
"I'm delighted to be joining Prema Racing. It's a fantastic team that has achieved many successes in the past and has produced many great drivers through its ranks.", Deligny said. “This is a great opportunity for me to learn and progress in my first year in F3. I am grateful to Prema, my management team and my family for giving me this opportunity. Let’s have a great season together!”
“We are happy to welcome Enzo to our team.”, declared René Rosin, Team Principal of Prema. “He has made impressive progress over the last two years and we look forward to working together in 2025. The F3 championship is extremely competitive and it will certainly be a challenge, but we will continue to work as we have this year and continue this progress into next year.”
