Clearly at ease on his home track, Rashid Al Dhaheri still had to work hard in the final laps to secure his victory. He finished ahead of Kean Nakamura-Berta – the Japanese driver supported by Williams – The Emirati driver crossed the finish line first once again. The driver is a member of the academy Mercedes Benz, who secured his third victory in six races in Abu Dhabi, is indeed starting to build momentum, making him a driver to watch. Fast in the race, but above all capable of launching powerful starts from second position, he maintains his championship lead and is even pulling away from his main rivals.
While the favorites once again distinguished themselves – Sebastien Wheldon, for example, completing the podium once more – Taito Kato gained some confidence by finishing in the top 10. Forced to retire from the end of last weekend after a spectacular crash, the 2024 French F4 champion, and future ART Grand Prix driver, F3, was back in the top half of the rankings.
Further back, but no less competitive on the track, the two French drivers Andrea Dupé and Jules Roussel finished the race in 17th and 18th places respectively. Starting 23rd on the grid, Jules Roussel steadily gained positions during the race, but his qualifying results were still too modest. Also of note was the absence of Maksimilian Popov, who had finished on the podium in Race 2 earlier in the day, as well as Dion Gowda's accident.

In the overall standings, Rashid Al Dhaheri unsurprisingly now enjoys a 35-point lead over Kean Nakamura-Berta. At the next round in Dubai, the driver competing on home soil could extend his advantage before the final round in Losail, Qatar. Besides Taito Kato, who races under a French license and is 13th in the overall standings, the highest-ranked Frenchman remains Jules Roussel, still learning the ropes with the Tatuus Gen2, currently sitting in 22nd place.
