Doriane Pin rediscovers the taste of victory: “It feels so good”

The last time that Dorian Pin (Prema) was on the highest step of the podium on March 9. However, his last victory in F1 Academy dates it from the day before in Race 1 since it ended up losing the one in Race 2 after being penalized by 20 seconds for receiving the checkered flag twice.

Since then, the Habs have experienced a difficult period with an injury which forced them to give up two rounds of FRECA and especially the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The recovery in Barcelona was delicate last June, the Parisian still lacking rhythm. This time on the Zandvoort side, she appeared at 100% and ended up returning to the front of the peloton.

If an early departure cost him his 2nd place in Race 1 this Sunday, Doriane Pin made up for it with victory in Race 2, led from start to finish for her greatest happiness.

« It feels so good to win today (Sunday), confided-she. The team deserved it enormously. They did an incredible job and I'm glad we achieved it together.

I had a good start and a good race overall. The pace was very good, that's what I remember above all else.

The wind made the task very delicate. He was pushing a lot, especially when we were at high speed causing a lot of movement in the car and instability. It was a difficult mission but I'm happy to have accomplished it »
