Leading the championship before the final in Austin (Texas, USA) this weekend, Marta García (Prema) won the first title in the history of the F1 Academy this Saturday. The 23-year-old Spaniard was crowned by winning her 7th victory of the season at the Circuit of the Americas. She started from pole position.

Marta García was ahead of the British Abbi Pulling (Rodin Carlin) and the Swiss Lena Bühler (ART Grand Prix) at the end of this race 1. 10th place for the Frenchwoman Lola Lovinfosse (Campos Racing).
