Untouchable since the start of the weekend, Doriane Pin confirmed the trend by winning the two pole positions at stake this Thursday in Saudi Arabia.

  • This first day of the season F1 Academy on the Saudi side can be summed up as total domination of Dorian Pin (Prema). The Frenchwoman, who is one of the favorites, left nothing to chance during qualifying under the floodlights in Jeddah this Thursday evening.
  • After having dominated the free practice sessions a few hours earlier, the driver brooded by Mercedes Benz did it again to secure the two pole positions at stake. The first for Race 1 thanks to a lap of 2'03"472, more than 7 tenths ahead of her closest pursuer, Abbi Pulling (Rodin Motorsport). As for the second race, the grid of which is defined according to the 2nd best time of each competitor, Doriane Pin also took the upper hand over the entire field with a time of 2'04"599. Maya Weug (Prema) completed the podium in these qualifications.
  • With this double pole position, Dorian Pin confirms that she is truly the driver to beat at the start of the season, and undoubtedly for the rest.
  • Second representative of France on the grid, Lola Lovinfosse (Rodin Motorsport) finished with the 6th best time of the session, 1 seconds behind Doriane.
