Dorian Pin continues to expand its portfolio of collaborations with major motorsport manufacturers. After joining the development program of Mercedes Benz en Formula 1 and the one of Peugeot in Hypercar WECThe French driver has now added Citroën Racing to her list of partners, this time within the framework of the Formula EThe double chevron brand made no secret of its enthusiasm when announcing the news on its social media: “A new talent. Development roles that accumulate
This new role comes on top of an already particularly busy schedule of collaborations for the young French driver. "Pocket Rocket" is already part of Mercedes' Formula 1 development program, with whom she has also... drove on the Silverstone circuit with the Mercedes W11 (car 2021 World Constructors' Champion (Editor's note), and also works with Peugeot TotalEnergies on the Hypercar program in WEC.
In terms of active competition, she is involved this season in ELMS with the Duqueine team in the LMP2 Pro/Am category, where she and her crew — Giorgio Roda and Richard Verschoor — are currently leading their category with two third-place finishes and a pole position in the first race in Barcelona. She will also participate in the 24 Hours of Le Mans with the same team in LMP2 alongside the Dutchman with whom she already shares the wheel in ELMS and Julien Andlauer.
This multitude of simultaneous roles with such different manufacturers—German, French, in disciplines as varied as F1, endurance racing, and Formula E—illustrates better than any list of achievements the confidence placed in her by the major organizations in European motorsport. At 22, Doriane Pin has established herself as one of the most sought-after drivers of her generation.

I hope I'm wrong, but by spreading herself too thin, I'm afraid Doriane won't be able to find a "real" racing seat in a top-tier category. LMP2 is good, but it would be really great if she could move up to the next level.

What a schedule! LMP2 in the ELMS and therefore Le Mans, development driver for Mercedes (F1), Peugeot (9X8), Citroën (Fe). Who's next?! It's all very well, but it won't get him the points he needs to even participate in FP1 in F1.

As a longtime supporter of Doriane, I think it's fantastic that she's landing such great drives. A driver needs to... drive to perfect their craft. Just watch out for burnout ;) because her schedule must be incredibly busy! #KeepPushing Doriane!
