It will make its debut during the 2026-2027 Gen4 season. Formula E was presented this Wednesday. Among the promises of this new generation of carIt is notably highlighted as being the fastest car in the history of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship. Specifically, it can deliver 600 kW of power. In terms of equivalents, this represents 815 horsepower, in addition to featuring active all-wheel drive. By comparison, the Gen3 Evo delivers a maximum of 400 kW, or up to 536 horsepower.
More challenging for drivers to master, the car has been completely redesigned in terms of its battery system, tires, and even the bodywork itself. Aerodynamically, two configurations are now available: one with low downforce, designed for qualifying, and the other with higher downforce, geared towards race performance. During the race, the power available to drivers will be 450 kW, while an attack mode will also be available, allowing the cars to deliver their full power, up to a maximum of 600 kW. Finally, 100% of the car's components will be recyclable – with 20% of the components already being recycled.

This was only possible thanks to close collaboration with our partners in charge of the chassis, tires, battery, front powertrain, and charging, and we thank them all for their sustained efforts.
