From Formula 2 to Formula E to Formula 1, Drugovic returns to the wheel full-time with Andretti

In 2023, the 25-year-old driver made his debut in the FIA ​​electric category and set the fastest time in the Berlin Rookie Test. Also in the German capital, he impressed in 2025 by scoring his first points at the Berlin E-Prix. Also an Aston Martin reserve driver since September 2022, the native of Maringá (Brazil) has only taken part in seven free practice sessions in Formula 1 with the Silverstone team and in the 24 Hours of Le Mans and IMSA with Cadillac Racing.

Back in the championship full-time, the driver is delighted with this first in three years. “It’s been too long since I’ve runhe laments. "So I'm extremely motivated to get back on the track. This announcement comes after Cadillac set its sights on Valtteri Bottas and Sergio Pérez for his 2026 Formula 1 team, even though Drugovich has participated in the 24 Hours of Daytona and twice in the 24 Hours of Le Mans at the wheel of the American brand's Hypercar.
