The British manufacturer had returned to the car Last season, with Lucas di Grassi and Zane Maloney at the wheel. The Brazilian achieved the best result at the 2025 Miami E-Prix, finishing second. A year later, the Formula E returns this weekend to Miami, this time on the circuit of Formula 1.

Lola will return to Formula 100 with ABT and Yamaha, but the German team will not continue beyond the current Season 12. For the arrival of the fourth generation of all-electric cars, Lola will therefore participate without the support of the operations team that won the title with di Grassi and Audi.

"With the organization's continued growth, its long-term commitment to Formula E and other ongoing projects, Lola Cars has made the decision to consolidate its Formula E-related activities at its headquarters in Silverstone," explained Mark Preston, team principal of the team. "This will allow us to streamline our operations, increase our expertise for future projects and better stimulate innovation in the field of motorsport.

ABT was our partner of choice to manage the team when we entered the all-electric racing series, thanks to their extensive experience and technical expertise in Formula E. We would like to thank them for their hard work and dedication during our first two seasons in the sport and look forward to continuing our collaboration with them for the remainder of Season 12.
