Fourth qualifying session, and fourth pole position in a row for Enzo Deligny (R-ace GP). Unstoppable in the exercise, the Frenchman managed to set a time half a second faster than the rest of his group, setting his mark at 1:33.989 on the Hockenheim circuit. Relegating Taito Kato (ART GP) to five tenths of his reference time, the poleman thus puts himself in the best position for Race 2. Indeed, this qualifying session serves to determine the order of Sunday's event, scheduled for 10:10 (French time). This Saturday, qualifying and Race 1 will be linked, as usual.
Second, Matteo de Palo (Trident) finished first in Group B, just ahead of Evan Giltaire, finishing just a few thousandths behind his rival. Back on the upswing, the ART GP rider has the opportunity to score new convincing points after the fourth place he managed to secure in Barcelona at the end of Race 2.
Third in Group A, Freddie Slater (Prema) will once again have to fight to maintain his lead. Tied on points with Matteo De Palo at the top of the FRECA championship – 268 across the board – the Briton will have to move up, or put in another very solid performance, comparable to that of Enzo Deligny this Friday, ahead of Race 1.
This Saturday, the qualification will be available from 10:10 a.m., while the race will start at 16:30 p.m. (French time).
