A Franco-Chinese driver sitting in third place in the FRECA drivers' championship, Enzo Deligny is experiencing real progress in this 2025 season. Tied with Pedro Clerot in the standings, the R-ace GP driver sees Freddie Slater and Matteo De Palo leading the championship, but has a frankly convincing dynamic, allowing him to dream of obtaining an even better result by the end of the season.
In this case, over the last five qualifying sessions held in FRECA, Enzo Deligny has finished first five times. In other words, while the duel for the title is between his rivals aligned with Prema and Trident, it is the Frenchman who has taken the best absolute lap time in each session. A true performance, this also allows him to break a record. Held by Hadrien David, his mentor this year of FRECA, this record was in fact that of four consecutive pole positions in the category for a French driver.
Deligny and the challenge of F3
Although he was penalized due to an accumulation of reprimands, Enzo Deligny can still hope for new very good results in the race. Already a regular at Prema in Formula 3 alive for the 2026 season, the Frenchman will notably be able to find Freddie Slater and Matteo De Palo among the profiles with whom he rides this year – who are also regulars at Trident.

Fifth on Saturday's grid and leader of the field at the start of Sunday's race, Enzo Deligny will be back on the Hockenheim track at 16:25 p.m. (French time) this afternoon. Given Matteo De Palo's pole position on Saturday morning, Freddie Slater's championship lead at this stage could well be under threat.
