Andretti Global, which announced this Monday a technical partnership with Dale Coyne Racing, in order to place Dennis Hauger, reigning Indy NXT champion, is restructuring a little more at the dawn of the 2026 season. Like Arrow McLaren, which welcomed Kyle Moyer earlier this year, the Dan Towriss-managed team is benefiting from the scandal that involved Team Penske in May, which led to the dismissal of its three top program executives. IndyCar just a few days before the Indianapolis 500.
First engineer, then technical director and finally director of the IndyCar branch in 21 years with Team Penske, Ron Ruzewski embarks on a new adventure, where he will lead Andretti's troops in place of Rob Edwards. The latter gains a stripe by becoming performance director of TWG Motorsports. His role will therefore revolve around the Andretti teams in IndyCar, Indy NXT, Formula E but also Spire Motorsports in NASCAR, with an eye on the performance of the team Formula 1 from Cadillac.
