Kyle Kirkwood victorious in Detroit amid clashes

Kyle Kirkwood recorded his second victory of the season on the streets of Detroit, while Alex Palou retired. The race was interrupted following a spectacular crash between Louis Foster and Felix Rosenqvist.

• Kyle Kirkwood (Andretti) claimed his second victory of the 2025 IndyCar season at the Grand Prix of Detroit on Sunday, June 1.
• The Floridian finished ahead of Santino Ferrucci (AJ Foyt Racing), who achieved his best IndyCar career result thanks to some somewhat fortunate safety car handling. Third place went to polesitter Colton Herta (Andretti).
