Romain Grosjean injured his hand after the Detroit race

After crashing at the end of the race in Detroit following contact initiated by Alexander Rossi, Romain Grosjean revealed he suffered an injury to his right hand, which will not prevent him from taking the wheel this weekend for the Gateway round.
