It's a final test session that's much cleaner than the previous one which took place this Saturday on the Thermal Club circuit. After a delay of around ten minutes due to a sandstorm (we are in the Californian desert, after all!), the session went on as planned until 23 p.m.
The session was only interrupted by a red flag once, for a spin by Danish rookie Christian Rasmussen. It was his compatriot Christian Lundgaard who rose to the top of the hierarchy in the very last minutes of the session, as a new sandstorm arrived!
Trouble for the No. 20.

Will Power, who led for much of the session, was second, ahead of Scott McLaughlin, Alexander Rossi and Pato O’Ward. With Callum Ilott's sixth place, the drivers McLaren are showing up in good shape this weekend!
Eighth at the end of this last session, Romain Grosjean also shows a nice burst of speed, which he hopes to convert into a race on Sunday. But before that, we will first have to qualify tonight! The sessions will begin at 1 a.m. and will determine the starting order for the two qualifying heats this Sunday, starting at 17:15 p.m.
