Like many drivers in European junior formulas, Rovanperä will take advantage of the Oceania summer to participate in the Formula Regional Oceania Trophy, consisting of four races held in New Zealand, two on the North Island and two on the South Island. The rounds will take place over four consecutive weeks, from January 11th to February 1st. After Super Formula, the championship boasting the second-fastest single-seater in the world, the Finn is aiming for Formula 2 and then Formula 1.
