There will be six of them, in 2024, to fly the colors of France and the FFSA in the promotion formulas. This Monday, the federation revealed the six members of its French FFSA Circuit Team for the coming season. Victor Martins, Isack Hadjar (F2), Alessandro Giusti, Evan Giltaire, Enzo Peugeot and Théophile Naël (FRECA) will wear the blue-white-red colors on international circuits and will benefit from federal support as part of their respective programs and specific support from the FFSA Academy, the training center based in Le Mans .

Theo Pourchaire, Formula 2 champion last year, having gone into exile in Japan for a new Super Formula adventure, it is therefore the two French drivers of the discipline who will be the headliners of this France 2024 team. Victor Martins, best rookie in 2023, will be one of the favorites for the championship this season with ART Grand Prix. Isack Hadjar will participate in his second season in Formula 2 with the Campos Racing team this year.

Three new faces within the EdF Circuit

After a first year of apprenticeship, Alessandro Giusti continues his journey and begins a second consecutive season in FRECA under the tricolor banner with ART GP. The objective will be clear for the young pilot supported by the Williams Academy: win the title. The French FFSA Circuit Team therefore welcomes three new drivers into its fold: Evan Giltaire (F4 France champion), Enzo Peugeot (F4 France vice-champion) and Théophile Naël (F4 Spain champion). All three will make their FRECA debut this season.

“In 2023, our French FFSA Circuit Team program won numerous victories and a major title thanks to Théo Pourchaire crowned in F2, underlines Jean Alesi, Captain of the French FFSA Circuit Team. The 2024 season looks just as promising and we are heading back into battle with six drivers this time. Our two spearheads Victor Martins and Isack Hadjar will have all the cards in their hands to succeed Théo in the antechamber of the F1 »

“As captain, I am also delighted to see Alessandro Giusti back in our ranks for a second season in FRECA to play for the title, now under the colors of the Williams Academy. Finally, three young talents from F4 are joining our federal fold for the first time. Evan Giltaire, Enzo Peugeot and Théophile Naël will wear the French FFSA Circuit Team coat of arms, also in the FRECA championship, with a good chance of making our colors shine. »
