The championship leader confirmed his position with authority. Guillaume Bouzar, starting from pole position, maintained his lead at the start. Behind him, Tom Dussol, who qualified fifth, stalled at the start and lost several positions. On a track that was still damp but drying, the first few minutes were particularly tricky. In these conditions, Mattheo Dauvergne and Kota Tsuchihashi, 30th and 28th respectively, went off at the first corner, bringing out the safety car to recover them from the gravel trap.

At the restart, the pole-sitter made a late charge down the pit straight and set the pace at the front. Further up the field, Lewis Francis wasn't patient enough and overtook the car Ahead of him before the start/finish line, by 22 thousandths of a second – he was subsequently penalized with a drive-through penalty. With 19 minutes remaining, the safety car was deployed again: two separate accidents saw Lisa Billard stop in the gravel trap and Oscar Goudchaux hit the tire wall, without serious injury. Behind them, Thomas Sénécloze also went off into the gravel, but managed to get out and continue the race.

With ten minutes remaining, the safety car returned to the pits for the final time. Guillaume Bouzar opted to restart earlier than usual, catching his rivals off guard. Behind him, a fierce battle raged: Hugo Herrouin, Lilian Soares, and Thibaut Ramaekers found themselves three abreast from the first corner to the fourth. None of them were willing to give an inch, and it was ultimately Herrouin who gained the upper hand over his two rivals.

With one minute and thirty seconds remaining, the Belgian driver made the decisive overtake on Lilian Soares to secure third place. Bouzar, who also set the fastest lap of the race with a time of 1:16.981, crossed the finish line first for the second time this season, ahead of Herrouin and Ramaekers. In the women's race, Ginevra Panzeri finished sixth, becoming the top female finisher. Behind her, Jade Jacquet finished twelfth after a strong recovery from 22nd place. French driver Angelina Proenca was the third woman to finish Race 1, placing 17th.
