Doriane Pin (21 years old)

2025 program: F1 Academy with PREMA / Mercedes, FRECA with PREMA

She is THE big favorite for the 2025 F1 Academy season. Already a contender for the title last year and despite a good first start to the championship, she finished runner-up behind the untouchable Abbi Pulling. However, this year, there will be no more excuses! The Frenchwoman is expected to deliver: still supported by Mercedes and the Iron Dames program, she will have the advantage of experience over the rest of the field. Her main rival from 2024, Abbi Pulling, will no longer be there. In 2025, she will also have an exclusive agenda in car, with a double program F1 Academy – FRECA. So the commitments in Endurance, which could have tired her out more (she was notably injured in the spring of 2024 and thus missed the 24H of Le Mans) and divert it from its main objective: climbing the ladder in the promotion formula. Its year 2024 should serve as a springboard and thanks to the experience accumulated last year – plus a presence in FRMEC this winter – Dorian Pin has all the cards in hand to excel and win the title.

Lisa Billard (15 years old)

2025 Program: F4 France, supported by Iron Dames

The promising Rouen driver will be one of the attractions of the 2025 season in F4 France! Lisa Billard is preparing to compete in her first full campaign in single-seaters, she who had only had to do a few stints in 2024 as preparation because of her young age (15 years old). This year, she will compete in the six meetings of the championship with the support of Iron Dames, whose ranks she has just joined. The structure led by Deborah Mayer has not remained indifferent to the talent of the Frenchwoman, who has acquired a nice track record in karting. By joining this program, Lisa Billard is following in Doriane Pin's footsteps and ensuring a future in motorsport, far from financial concerns. The Norman will also be able to count on the renewed support of the FFSA to progress as best she can. Iron Dames is expecting a Top 5 in the championship this season: will she be able to achieve this ambitious goal as early as 2025? Given the promises she has shown in recent years, nothing seems impossible for her...

Jamie Chadwick (26 years old)

2025 program: ELMS with IDEC Sport

A new destiny for the Englishwoman. Until then, Jamie Chadwick had been involved in Indy NXT for the last two seasons, with Andretti. The triple W Series champion aspired to compete in IndyCar but, despite a clear progression during her second season (with a victory at Road America and a podium at Indianapolis), she did not have the opportunity to reach the next level. It is therefore another turn that she has decided to take: that of Endurance. The driver will leave the single-seater behind her in order to discover the prototype in competition since she will compete in the ELMS season with the IDEC Sport team in LM P2. She will be associated with the former Formula 1 driver Logan sargeant and to the young Frenchman Mathys Jaubert with the hope of convincing Genesis that it has its place in the brand's LMDh program, which began in WEC are expected in 2026. She could thus become the first woman to drive in the Hypercar category.

Célia Martin (33 years old)

A new adventure awaits the Frenchwoman this year. Célia Martin trained on the Nürburgring circuit in Germany, a land she loves so much that she moved nearby, to the town of Adenau, in order to drive there as much as possible. The driver is already part of an all-female program there, the 'Girls Only' by WS Racing team, the opportunity to compete in the famous 24 hours of the German circuit and even win the GT4 category in 2021. It is finally for the 2024 season that she is signing up with the Iron Dames to participate in the Michelin Le Mans Cup aboard a Lamborghini Huracán GT3. 2025 will mark an important step in Célia Martin's career, as she will compete in the WEC in the GT3 category with a Porsche 911 GT3 R, also synonymous with the 24 Hours of Le Mans. She will have the difficult task of succeeding Sarah Bovy as the trio's Bronze driver.

Alisha Palmowski (18 years old)

2025 Program: F1 Academy with Campos / Red Bull

She will be one of the youngest in F1 Academy… and she may be one of the surprises of the 2025 season. Alisha Palmowski, only 18, will compete in her first campaign in the all-women's championship with Campos. However, despite her young age, some are already placing her as one of the outsiders! And for good reason, the British driver showed great things in 100, finishing vice-champion of the GB2024 Championship (British Formula 4) and finishing 4th in her first (and so far only) race in F5 Academy, in Qatar, against much more experienced drivers. She even competed in the tests for Formula E reserved for women last November, with Envision. It is not for nothing that she received the support of Red Bull for the 2025 season. If she keeps the promises displayed last year, Alisha Palmowski could well be a tough opponent against Doriane Pin…

Nina Gademan (21 years old)

2025 Program: F1 Academy with Alpine (stable still unknown)

Like Alisha Palmowski, Nina Gademan will be one of the rookies to watch in 2025 in F1 Academy. The Dutchwoman revealed herself in 2024 by failing to reach the podium in her first race in the women's championship, at Zandvoort, thanks to her wild card. During Race 2, she was even in a position to get on the box before being penalized and falling to 10th place at the finish. However, her performance did not go unnoticed... just like her social networks. Indeed, the young 21-year-old driver is also very followed on the networks, with in particular 340 subscribers on Instagram (as of January 000), thanks to her videos on her adventures in British F17 or on her simulator. Her sporting and media influence has convinced Alpine to support her for the 2025 F1 Academy season, she who could be – like Bianca Bustamente – one of the new figures in women's motorsport. But the results still need to follow for the young Dutchwoman...

Abbi Pulling (21 years old)

2025 Program: GB3 Championship with Rodin Motorsport

© Xavi Bonilla / DPPI

For Abbi Pulling, 2025 will be a pivotal year in her young career. The Briton dominated the 2024 championship in F1 Academy, sweeping aside her opponents with 9 wins from 18 meetings and being crowned before the final meeting of the season. A title which allowed her to secure a place in the GB3 Championship (the equivalent of a Formula 3 national) with Rodin Motorsport. A big promotion for the 21-year-old driver. However, in a championship that is still very confidential, with a scope that is only national (as opposed to continental for the more competitive FRECA), is there not a risk that Abbi Pulling will fall a little into oblivion in 2025? If the performances do not follow, the Englishwoman could well fall back into anonymity, she whose career had already almost ended in 2021 (she was unable to finish her season in British F4 due to lack of resources) before the W Series revived it. On the other hand, if she performs, she will have everything to gain... with a move to F3 at stake?

Sarah Rumeau (29 years old)

2025 Program: WRC2, French Rally Championship with Iron Dames / Citroën

© Bastien Roux / DPPI

An all-female crew in the World Rally Championship: it's rare enough not to be highlighted! In 100, Sarah Rumeau and her co-driver Julie Amblard will move up a level and compete for a full season in WRC2025, still with Sarrazin Motorsport and the support of Iron Dames, but this time in a Citroën C2 Rally3. An unprecedented and historic program for the Iron Dames: this is the first time since Michèle Mouton and Fabrizia Pons, in the 2s with Audi, that an all-female crew has taken part in a World Rally Championship. In addition to WRC1980, the French duo will also compete in the two French Rally Championships (Gravel and Asphalt), when the events do not conflict with the WRC. In total, the two teammates should be aligned on 19 events in 2025! A busy program but an incredible opportunity for Sarah Rumeau, who is progressing year after year (5th in the French rally championship in 2024). The new Michèle Mouton?
