The start of summer is particularly mild this week across France, where the sun is largely dominating and the summer temperatures are pushing the French to swap trousers and sweaters for shorts and tank tops. However, there is one place where the weather gods dictate their law at lightning speed: in Sarthe, the four seasons can pass by in 24 hours flat.
A wink that is far from trivial, as it echoes the 24 Hours of Le Mans, one of the most prestigious motor races in the world. The classic Le Mans race has built its legend on eventful editions, often marked by unpredictable weather.

The 2025 vintage is looking promising. According to Météo-France's forecasts, the weather for the race is expected to be dry—for now. Although the sky will be cloudy, no risk of rain is expected for Saturday and Sunday. However, wind gusts of 30 km/h could disrupt the forecast. Caution is therefore still advised, as Le Mans can throw up many surprises...
