This is the big news of the start of this week post 24H of Le Mans. The No. 50 Ferrari, fourth at the finish, was finally disqualified by the stewards after two infractions to the technical regulations regarding the rear wing. Logically, the Hypercar 499P of the trio Antonio Fuoco-Miguel Molina-Nicklas Nielsen was removed from the final classification.
Thus, all the competitors behind move up one place. The #12 Cadillac of Will Stevens, Norman Nato and Alex Lynn takes fourth place. While the Toyota n ° 7 of Kamui Kobayashi, Mike conway et Nyck de Vries completes the top 5.
This disqualification benefits the French teams and more particularly Alpine which saw its two cars enter the top 10 and therefore the points. The A424 n°35 finished ninth, ahead of the n°36. The first Peugeot , the n°94, climbed to eleventh place behind the two prototypes of the arrowed A. The second 9×8 finished in 16th place in these 24 Hours of Le Mans 2025.
