The turning point came when he discovered prototype endurance racing: in the Le Mans Cup LMP3 in 2024, then in the Asian Le Mans Series where he secured the LMP3 title, his progress was meteoric.

In 2025, under the CLX Motorsport banner in ELMS In LMP3, he became champion of the category with five wins in six races — exactly the same record as Adrien Closmenil, his teammate, with whom he shared the car. This title naturally opened the door to LMP2 and, with it, to Le Mans.

Ian Aguilera

Ian Aguilera was born on March 14, 2007 in Guadalajara, Mexico.
