John Elkannn praises his team's performance at Le Mans

To be victorious 24 Hours of Le Mans is always special. Beyond the sporting feat and the victory, such a performance allows a car manufacturer to be highlighted. And with a second consecutive victory in Sarthe, Ferrari and its president John Elkann are all smiles.

The man who has chaired Ferrari since September 2018 is fully delighted with this new success at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, but above all would like to congratulate all those who made this new feat possible. “Our first and third place at Le Mans demonstrate that teamwork can achieve extraordinary results, smiles the American. I would therefore like to thank everyone: our pilots, our engineers and our mechanics who, during these extremely difficult 24 hours, showed great courage and great tenacity. 

I am very happy that, thanks to the results of this year and last year, all Ferrari drivers have won at Le Mans – and with them the entire Ferrari brand. Only a very united and committed team could obtain this historic result. »

With its victory at the Monaco Grand Prix and now at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Ferrari brand has, this year, won two of the three most important races in motorsport. The Prancing Horse is at the top of the pyramid…
