She was well hidden in the paddock of the 24 Hours of Le Mans 2025. The McLaren The hypercar was finally unveiled to the public this Saturday, June 14, just hours before the start of the 93rd edition. The first photos released by the British manufacturer were taken in the aisles of the 24 Hours of Le Mans Museum, which is hosting a temporary exhibition dedicated to McLaren until July 6.

The McLaren Hypercar is expected in the World Endurance Championship (WEC) as well as the 24 Hours of Le Mans from 2027. The chassis will be supplied by Dallara and the engine will be a twin-turbo V6 developed in association with the Italian entity ATM.

The McLaren Hypercar adopts the stylistic codes of the brand's productions, such as the McLaren Senna in terms of the light signature at the front. Papaya orange is also a clear nod to the historic color of the brand founded by Bruce McLaren. The New Zealander had chosen this shade for his Formula 1 and his Can-Am in the 1960's.
