There's often a Hollywood feel to Le Mans, in the way the race unfolds right up to the checkered flag. What Californian director would have had the outlandish idea of ​​imagining a Toyota To abandon on the last lap when she was cruising towards an easy victory? Perhaps Joseph Kosinski, the man behind the film's wand F1 with Brad Pitt.

The link between the director of Top Gun: Maverick and 24 Hours of Le Mans This translates into a shared taste for drama, which is evident in the poster for the 2026 edition of the Le Mans classic. The poster adopts cinematic conventions, with a clear inspiration from the film F1, and aims to "Thought like that of a great film."

The poster depicts a pilot, seen from behind, in a staged scene as the central hero – alone, motionless, just before the tumult. His upright and symmetrical posture evokes the mastery, concentration, and solitude inherent in any great challenge.

"The poster for the 24 Hours of Le Mans is part of our collective history," assures Pierre Fillon, president of the Automobile Club of the WestIt reflects each year the grandeur of the race and what it inspires: passion, performance, and emotion. The 2026 edition, with its cinematic aesthetic, immerses us in the myth while celebrating the modernity of our sport.

The poster will be available in three versions: day, sunset (above), and night, representing the three times of day during the race. It is being unveiled on the eve of ticket sales, which will initially be reserved for ACO members from Tuesday, November 4th to Thursday, November 6th. Tickets will be available online, at the circuit, and in ACO stores located in Paris, Le Mans, and Rouen.

Tickets for the general public will go on sale Friday, November 7th at ticket.24h-lemans.com and usual points of sale. The 94th edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans will take place from June 10th to 14th, 2026.
