Louis Délétraz, the LM P2 pro. The Swiss took pole position in the category aboard the No. 14 Oreca from the AO by TF team, affectionately nicknamed “Spike” with its dragon livery. The son of Jean-Denis Delétraz gleaned his first pole position at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, he who has never yet won in Sarthe (two 2nd places and one retirement in the last lap in 2021…).

So obviously, from experience, the reigning champion of WEC in LM P2 remains aware that nothing is decided despite the pole position won this Thursday. The Swiss is already focused on the race aboard “Spike” which he will share with PJ Hyett and Alex Quinn during the 24 hours of racing. More than victory in the Pro/Am category, it is the class victory that the trio is aiming for!

Louis Délétraz (AO by TF), poleman of the 24 Hours of Le Mans in LM P2: “First of all, a big thank you to the entire AO team and to TF Sport. Being on pole is fantastic! Now we are focused on the race. My goal and the team's goal is to finish first on Sunday at 16 p.m. We're going to work for, there's still a night session, but tonight the car was very fast. To have the Le Mans track like that, with little fuel and no traffic, it's magical. This pole position is beautiful! »
