The development of the infrastructure of the circuit of 24 Hours of Le Mans continues and this time with an ambitious project in mind. That of building a "high-end" hotel within the Le Mans enclosure, at the initiative of the Automobile Club de l'Ouest.
Everything seems ready for the operation to be launched since the ACO has already found a location for this new 4-star building on the hotel scale. It will be located at the Esses de la Forêt bend and will be part of the economic and sporting dynamics of the South Pole, alongside Antarès, the Marie-Marvingt stadium, the European horse center, the Golf des 24 Heures and the Exhibition Center.
« I am very pleased to announce the creation of this hotel located in the heart of the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit., entrusts Pierre Fillon, president of the ACO. This project meets a need to offer our spectators, visitors and competitors quality infrastructure. This hotel will also allow us, outside of our events, to expand our seminar offering, which is very popular with a professional clientele. I would like to thank all the partners who are working on this project, which is crucial for the development of the ACO's activities. »
According to the first elements revealed, this high-end hotel will have 104 rooms and suites, a restaurant and a large panoramic terrace, offering an exclusive view of the Bugatti circuit and the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. The project is supported by the company Virage 5 (which brings together mainly local private investors) while it will be led by ADIM Ouest, a real estate development subsidiary of VINCI Construction. The hotel will be designed by the architectural firm AW2, a specialist in the hotel industry.
Regarding the construction site, work will begin in the second half of February and the hotel is scheduled to open in spring 2027.
