The World ChampionshipEndurance set down his suitcases in Japan this weekend for his penultimate meeting of the season.
Peugeot , already leading Free Practice 1, continued its momentum by dominating Free Practice 2 of the 6 Hours of Fuji this Friday afternoon. The 9X8 nº93 of Mikkel Jensen, Jean-Éric Vergne and Paul di Resta thus set the reference time of this session in 1:29.495. The gap is however tiny with the Porsche No. 5 of Mathieu Jaminet and Julien Andlauer, second at only 0.017 seconds.

Already on the podium of Free Practice 1, the Valkyrie ofAston Martin confirmed its good form on the Fuji circuit with third place for the No. 009 of Marco Sørensen and Alex Riberas. Toyota, at home, took fourth place with the number 8 of Sébastien Buemi, Brendon Hartley and Ryō Hirakawa in front of the premiere Alpine, number 35 of Ferdinand Habsburg, Charles Milesi and Jules Gounon, fifth.
The French teams are definitely in good shape during this first day of testing in Japan since the Akkodis ASP Team, with whom AUTOhebdo is immersed this weekend, set the LMGT3 category reference time of 1:41.431 with the No. 87 Lexus RC F of Jose Maria Lopez, Clemens Schmid and Petru Umbrarescu. The other car of the French team, the No. 78 of Finn Gehrsitz, Ben Barnicoat and Arnold Robin, leading Free Practice 1, took third place.
