There was unfortunately little doubt about the identity of the winner of this second event of the 2025 World Championship.EnduranceEven before the start, the outcome seemed written. Ferrari had outrageously dominated the free practice sessions, and Antonio Giovinazzi's stunning performance in qualifying had stunned the field. The superiority of the Italian prototypes was such that some rivals were becoming fatalistic as early as Friday: " Ferrari will atomize us ", said Sébastien Bourdais (Cadillac No. 38); " I thought we would be closer to Ferrari. They were already very strong last year, and they are even stronger this year. ", whispered Kevin Estre on Saturday evening after the qualifications.
