Mikkel Jensen (McLaren): "They have more ambitious plans than I expected."

Having signed a contract with Peugeot in the top category of the WEC between 2022 and 2025, Mikkel Jensen has chosen to join the ambitious McLaren project, a year before his return to competition. At 31, the Dane sees this early signing as a clear advantage in his development.

It's an advantage to start working so early, right from the first stages of the project. That way we can fine-tune everything together. The team obviously did a lot of work before I joined, but there's still a lot to do, especially with the software and...
