New car and new chapter for Akkodis ASP which will celebrate its 25th anniversary

Akkodis ASP sees things big for its 25^e birthday. A reference in GT3 in recent years with more than fifty titles both nationally and internationally, Jérôme Policand's team has new objectives for the 2024 season which will mark its quarter century.

Thus, Akkodis ASP, as heard for many months, has decided to try its luck in the world championship ofEndurance (FIA WEC). However, there will be no question of trying out the world of prototypes but of continuing in that of GT with the entry on the scene of the brand new LMGT3 category. A great discovery for the French team which will also discover a brand new mount.

Exit the Classic Mercedes for sale-AMG GT3 with which it, for example, won the overall at the 24 Hours of Spa, and make way for the Lexus RC F GT3, latest creation from the workshops of Toyota/Lexus. In 2024, the Tarn team, subject to the decision of the ACO/WEC selection process (announced in November), intends to enter two cars.

As for the crews of its two Lexus RC F GT3s, Akkodis ASP will reveal the identity of the chosen ones “in a few weeks”. In the meantime, the team is near Portimão where it was able to conduct its first tests with its new car.
