After its inaugural round in Qatar, the World ChampionshipEndurance has a meeting in Italy for the 6 Hours of Imola, the second meeting of the 2025 season.
As in Losail, 36 cars will be at the start of the trans legalpine. Only three changes are to be noted in the entries. In LMGT3, the Frenchman Esteban Masson makes his return in WEC on the Lexus RC F No. 78 of the French Akkodis ASP Team alongside Arnold Robin and Finn Gehrsitz. The protégé of Toyota replaces Ben Barnicoat, injured in a mountain bike accident.

In Hypercar, Aston Martin has chosen to run only with duos, as permitted by the regulations for six-hour races. British driver Harry Tincknell will share the wheel of the #007 Valkyrie, while Spaniard Alex Riberas and Dane Marco Sørensen will be partnered in the #009. All other manufacturers will run with trios, including Porsche.
After scoring an authoritative hat-trick in Qatar, Ferrari will try to continue its momentum in its Tifosi. The firm Maranello will be especially keen to make up for last season, when it made a mistake in strategy in the deluge, letting a victory slip away that was promised to it. This victory ultimately went to the No. 010 Toyota GR7 Hybrid of Mike conway, Kamui Kobayashi et Nyck de Vries in front of the two official Porsches.
The first Free Practice session will start at 11:15 a.m. French time, while the race will take place from 13:00 p.m. to 19:00 p.m. on Sunday.
