PJ Hyett was the fastest man in qualifying for the 4 Hours of Dubai this Saturday with a best lap of 1:48.873, placing the #07 Proton Competition Oreca 55 he shares with Harry Tincknell and Frenchman Paul -Loup Chatin in pole position for the 4 Hours of Dubai, third round of the 2023-2024 Asian season Le Mans Series.
He got ahead Ahmad Al Harthy, newly announced at BMW M Team WRT to compete in the FIA WEC in the LMGT3 category, by 0.046 seconds. The Omani shares the seat of the No. 99 of 99 Racing with Louis Delétraz and Nikita mazepin. Turkey's Salih Yoluc placed TF Sport on the third step of the podium at 0.258 seconds.
Alexander Bukantsov took pole position in the LM P3 category at the wheel of the No. 320 COOL Racing Ligier JS P17 – Nissan. He was 0.039 seconds ahead of Julien Gerbi for Bretton Racing and 0.688 seconds ahead of Audumn Gudmundsson for High Class Racing.
GT: Mercedes on pole
