BMW M and Team WRT have unveiled the liveries of the BMW M Hybrid V8s that will take part in the 2026 championship season IMSASimilar to the one the German brand previously fielded with Team RLL, although slightly modified, this new design retains the traditional BMW M Motorsport colours, namely white, red and blue.
"For the 2026 season, the car is unveiled with a new livery based on an Inception-style design," BMW confirms this via its official announcement. This new design, now applied to all BMW M Motorsport LMDh cars, unifies the entire BMW M racing family under a single look and a sense of cohesion. Born on the track, designed for the road.
Besides the simple colors, the headlights have also undergone changes: "24 hours, a unique signature". At the 24 Hours of Daytona, the BMW M Hybrid V8 will sport a refined front design and distinctive new headlights with iconic yellow lights. These echo the characteristic look already seen on the BMW M4 GT3 EVO and BMW M4 GT4 EVO. Enhanced track lighting technology further improves visibility when it matters most: at night.
