From year to year, the Iron Dames project grows, both in quality and quantity. In 2024, the 100% female team will be represented by nine drivers/co-drivers, across four disciplines (Endurance, car, rally et karting) and nine world championships.
We will obviously find the quartet Sarah Bovy – Michelle Gatting – Dorian Pin – Rahel Frey, true headliners of the Iron Dames team in Endurance. The first three named will be at the wheel of a Lamborghini Huracán EVO2 in the new LMGT3 category of the World Endurance Championship. On the Endurance Cup rounds in IMSA, Rahel Frey will take the place of Doriane Pin who will compete in the F1 Academy this season.
Two new faces are appearing in the Iron Dames GT squad: Swiss Karen Gaillard and Frenchwoman Célia Martin will be at the wheel of the #3 Michelin Lamborgini Hurácan GT2 Evo83 Le Mans Cup in 2024. New this year: the Italian team is expanding into rallying with Sarah Rumeau and her co-driver Julie Amblard. The two French women will be entered in the French Rally Championship aboard a Ford Fiesta Rally2 operated by the Sarrazin Motorsport structure. Finally, the young Natalia Granada will continue her progress in karting, in the IAME Euro Series and in the Spanish Championship.
