A word about René Arnoux, the race of his life, Dijon '79, and especially thanks to Gilles Villeneuve, a battle of titans… A race that remains etched in everyone's memory. Long live France 🇫🇷, René, JP, and Renault F1 Turbo technology. What an era! 👍 alainkf1@pt.lu 😎🏆👍

Hello, I received my 50th anniversary issue; very good, but once again, what a disappointment to see that you never mention René Arnoux, the second most decorated French driver in terms of Grand Prix F1 victories: 7!!! in the most prestigious teams of their time: Renault and Ferrari! Not to mention his career and titles as Formula Renault champion and runner-up, Formula Renault Europe F2, etc., and he doesn't even have a special issue (compared, for example, to other French drivers with far fewer Grand Prix victories). So, gentlemen journalists and editors: what has he done (or not done) to deserve such a "code of silence"?
