When the pieces align, everything becomes easy. Formula 1 into a car guided as if on rails. But in Brazil, nothing is simple on a bumpy track, with elevation changes and asphalt that has been giving drivers a hard time since its resurfacing a year ago. In this game, Lando Norris pulled the chestnuts out of the fire by dominating the session ahead of the surprising Kimi Antonelli.

"It was a little more complicated than I expected, very tight between the cars," the poleman breathes a sigh of relief as he gets out of his car. But there's no reason to worry for now. Today was a tough day, but we did a good job. We put everything together, and now I'm going to focus on tomorrow."

By winning the Sprint, Lando Norris would score eight points and increase his championship lead over Oscar piastri et Max Verstappen.
