Gasly ambitious before the Monaco GP: "I love this circuit"

Placed at the heart of a high part of a strong field during the winter tests in Bahrain, Alpine has clearly never been able to extract the full potential of the A525. In fact, while he cannot challenge the best on a regular basis, Pierre Gasly is counting on the essentials on the Rock.

Having had little success in qualifying since the start of the 2025 season, Pierre Gasly was notably caught out by a late pit exit at Imola, despite a performance that he himself said was on target. Managed well, this new qualifying session could be the salvation of a driver who is still desperately lacking a benchmark result this year.
