The Grand Prix weekends are ticking by, but the situation is logically changing very little for Ferrari. With the end of the season fast approaching, many aerodynamic upgrades have simply been canceled in light of the lack of performance observed with the SF-25. Now, the calendar is moving towards 2026 with the slim hope of taking advantage of a favorable scenario. As usual, the Team could be only the fourth force on the board at time T.
In this context, the pilots have sometimes expressed their frustration with the situation. Suggesting before the autumn return that they felt useless in more than one way, Lewis Hamilton Was he aiming at his intrinsic level, or at the alleged lack of listening within the Italian team? In a similar vein, Charles Leclerc did not hesitate to point the finger at a mount that did not allow him to aim for much better than a place around the top 5, if not even more disappointing despite well-managed Grand Prix.
Which direction should Ferrari take?
At the root of this discord, a lack of communication between Maranello and the drivers, or at least the feedback they provide, could be one of the major problems. This week, Corriere dello Sport reported that the execution of weekends, the lack of responsiveness from key players, as well as the lack of flexibility, linked to a management centered and somewhat procedural from Italy, could harm the Scuderia's effectiveness on track.

In other words, when drivers report areas for improvement after the most successful Fridays, it seems that it is common for a distortion of information to ultimately lead to often disappointing results on Sunday. With this in mind, Lewis Hamilton is said to have recently carried out comprehensive feedback to Ferrari, in the hope of seeing certain operations change, but above all, of seeing some of his technical approaches and ideas applied to the car from 2026. Quick to invest since his first steps at Maranello, the Briton would see his Monegasque teammate invest at least as much as him, nourishing the ambition to win with Ferrari, and thus deliver the full potential of a team whose individual qualities are already proven.
In many ways, Ferrari is at a major strategic turning point, some of which has already been addressed internally. Led by Loïc Serra, Jérôme d'Ambrosio, and, of course, Frédéric Vasseur, will the teams wearing red manage to get their act together before the 2026 revolution begins? Clearly, some of the rough edges observed this year must be avoided if success is to be achieved.

Sorry …… but Lewis is the past ‼️ And if the rumors persist around Charles ….. for a change ….. even if Charles’ heart ….. is Ferrari. Mario Andretti’s call is very clear, and I repeat myself once again …….. the driver for the future is Max, at the latest 2027 ……. !!!!! The future will tell us more ….. Saluti ‼️👍. 😎👀🇮🇹👀🇮🇹

Could someone please tell Mr. CHAMBENOIT that the adjective "deceptive" does not exist in French in the sense that he uses it??? Why do you want to anglicize the term disappointing at all costs?

I remind you that Hamilton came to Ferrari to sell caps and that the result on this side is good! Who could have believed that the English driver would represent the future? He came like many others before him to take his check in red to finish his career. Ferrari is the nursing home of F1 drivers

Leclerc's feedback and suggestions in Italian while Sir Lewis does it in English? Even if Shakespeare's language is the official working language of F1, Dante's remains the Scuderia's daily language, and I doubt that will change in the near future. Having passed job interviews in English and French at Maranello in the spring of 2003, Italian lessons were part of the package offered to be a "Dirigenti" there.

First, Hamilton was not welcomed like the messiah whose words we will drink in a team lacking a leader. There is already Leclerc for that, who speaks Italian, and Hamilton arrived like a hair in the soup; second, why would the direction requested by the slower driver of the two be the right one? Certainly he would perhaps be faster in a car tailored to his measure, but that remains to be proven. Finally, after a period of sleep during the 80s and 90s, Todt and Schumacher have restored the image of Ferrari, whose presence in F1 is assured. A few emblematic victories are enough to satisfy the tifosi, so is there a real desire to seek a world title in the current team?
