It seems many people are leaving Ferrari, which was more successful when it was smaller. This team seems bloated. There's a lot of talk. No one mentions a great atmosphere there. Can we still trust the decisions made by the supreme leader, who is failing at both Stellantis and Ferrari, since Elkann is pulling all the strings without being seen? Ferrari's faltering is no accident. Unfortunately, the revolving door will continue.

Dear Lucas, Changing teams is similar to adapting to a new operating system in computing, like switching from Windows to Linux or macOS. Lewis H isn't some suburban show-off who's a local rift champion; his track record speaks for itself. A systems engineer will be quite disoriented by changing operating systems and programming languages!

No surprise there, since LH had replaced him with an engineer from Mercedes! Just another day in the life of any company facing employee turnover...
