The feast of the Formula 1 will be total at Goodwood. The Festival of Speed will pay tribute to the 75-year history of the championship, dating back to the first Grand Prix held at Silverstone in 1950. For the occasion, several former world champions will be on track, including Nigel Mansell, who won the title in 1992, and Alain Prost, four-time world champion.
Some current stables will also be present. This is the case of Haas, which announced this Thursday that it is an official partner of the event. The American team, which is celebrating its tenth season in F1, will be the only one to have a dedicated interactive space at the heart of the festival, where it will offer a retrospective of its journey in Formula 1 since its arrival in 2016. An exhibition of suits, helmets, car parts and other exclusive objects will be accompanied by fun activities (simulators, games, etc.).
On the track, Ollie Bearman and Esteban Ocon will take part in the famous hill climb at the wheel of the VF-23 and VF-24, the single-seaters entered by Haas for the last two seasons.

This entertainment space will host a retrospective of the team since its beginnings, including the VF-16 – first car Haas F1 team – and the VF-25, fresh from the British Grand Prix, will be on display side by side. The team's archives, including overalls, helmets, car parts and memorabilia, will be showcased, alongside activities for the whole family: racing simulators, interactive games, and more.
“I’m delighted to finally announce our participation in the 2025 Festival of Speed. It was a difficult secret to keep!” says Ayao Komatsu, Team Principal of Haas F1 Team. “It was only natural for us to celebrate our tenth season in the sport with some of the most passionate and knowledgeable fans in the world. This is the first time we have held an event of this magnitude away from the track, and I would like to thank the Duke of Richmond and his team for making this possible. There are many more announcements to come regarding our presence at Goodwood. It will clearly be one of the highlights of our year.”
“I’m super excited to be participating in the Festival of Speed this year,” continues Oliver Bearman. “It’s a fantastic event for the UK, and I was lucky enough to attend last year. This year will be my second visit to Goodwood. It’s a special year for the team, celebrating ten seasons in F1, and I’m looking forward to seeing all the fans supporting us this weekend – it promises to be a lot of fun.”
“The Goodwood Festival of Speed is an incredible event. I’ve been once before, but I’m really looking forward to returning this year with the team to mark Haas’ ten seasons in Formula 1,” adds Esteban Ocon. “We’re going to have a lot of exciting things to show – it’s a real celebration for us – and it’s great to be able to share it with the fans. The atmosphere is relaxed: we drive the cars we love without pressure, just for the fun of it and to experience this moment with everyone. It’s always a great event. I can’t wait to discover all the historic cars full of passion… I might bring my family too, they’ve never been before.”
The Goodwood Festival of Speed will be held from July 10th to 13th. Information and tickets available. here.
